method:
1. Fry onion and garlic to soften, stir in the beans, sugar, salt and tomatoes, stir in the mustard. 2. Simmer 10 -15 mins and serve. Serves 2.
ingredients:
1 tin Canellini Beans 1 red onion, finely diced 1 can diced tomatoes 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tsp garlic, crushed 1/4 tsp raw sugar or to taste pinch salt 2 tablespoons tomato paste.
